WIM Danner Farm 5K Trail Run/Walk with Yoga

Women In Motion @ Danner Farm from 2-5 pm with a 5K trail walk/run followed by Yoga, snacks & drinks provided. Bring your yoga matt or beach towel for yoga. Location is at 116 N Herring Rd Opelika AL which is out Hwy 80 and a right turn on N Herring followed by another right onto dirt road until it dead ends. There will be a sign where to turn onto dirt road. Call Lisa @ 706-580-1198 if further directions needed. If you want to stay and hang out by pool after the festivities, you are welcome.
