College of Veterinary Medicine 'Strides for a Cure' 5K Walk/Run

Let’s make strides for a great cause! The Tuskegee University College of Veterinary (TUCVM) is excited to host its first annual “Stride for a Cure” 5K walk/run on Saturday, October 13, 2018.  We invite you to join us in taking strides to raise awareness concerning sickle cell.  

• Saturday, October 13, 2018 (Rain Day: Saturday, October 27, 2018)
• Early-Registration Deadline: September 21, 2018 (t-shirt guaranteed for early registrants)
• Check In: 7:30 am - 8:45 am
• On - Site Registration: 7:30 am - 8:45 am
• Parking available in the Bioethics Parking Lot
• Race begins promptly at 9:00 am
• Award ceremony following race:Awards will be given to the top three runners
• Awards will be given to the top three walkers
• Race Route: Start and end at Patterson Hall, Tuskegee University College of Veterinary MedicineRace course through the historic campus of Tuskegee University
• Professional timing provided by Runners Fit Race Works

Proceeds will go to the Southeast Alabama Sickle Cell Association located in Tuskegee, AL.
