Western Arkansas Runners is honored to be able to carry on the Annual Memorial Run honoring BRENT MORRISON who was an avid runner in the River Valley as well as the Hot Springs area. This year will mark the 9th year that a run of some form has been held and along with honoring Brent, we will also be honoring runners whose life's have been taken too soon. Run in honor of that runner you knew who is no longer with us. Our Age Group awards are always an extra special treat and all runners will receive a finishers medal as well as food, music and runner comradery afterwards !!! A portion of the proceeds will go towards our clubs plans to host a Jr. Run Clinic, with the remainder to go towards day-to-day use of the Western Arkansas Running Club building located in Chaffee on Taylor Ave and weekly sponsored runs. Western Arkansas Runners- WAR- supports Runners and Walkers of all ages and gender and live by the motto "No Runners Left Behind". This is a certified course, chosen to be part of the 2024 Arkansas Grand Prix and will be timed by Jaymax Timing.

PACKET PICKUP INFO
Packet Pickup will be held at True Grit Running Store, 6808 Rogers Ave Ste B, Fort Smith, AR 72903 beginning at 4PM-6PM. We will allow others to pick up your packet for you to encourage you to get your packet before Race Day since the race is so early Saturday morning.
Day of Race pick-up will begin at 6 am , please try to pick up your packet on Friday night if at all possible or have a friend pick it up for you !
