The Beat Goes On 5K

Due to unsafe weather conditions we have decided to postpone the race that was originally scheduled on February 22, 2025. 

The new date will be on April 19, 2025.

The race is benefitting the Arkansas Foodbank.

Your heart is one of the hardest working muscles in your body, and it beats around the clock, only getting a break when you relax or sleep. With so much riding on this essential muscle, it’s important to ensure you’re doing all you can to keep it in good shape, like eating a healthy diet and staying active. What better way to do that than by running (or walking) with your friends in support of a good cause, like the Arkansas Foodbank!

Date:   Saturday April 19, 2025

Day of Registration: 7:30-8:40 a.m.

Race Packet Pick Up : 7:30- 8:50 a.m. 

Race Start Time: 9:00 a.m.

Entry Fee:  Individual - $25    Child- Under 12 years - $20   Race Day - $30 

Starting Location:

Saline Memorial Hospital (1 Medical Park Drive, Benton, AR 72015)

Starting line is located at the corner of McNeil and North Main Street near the ER parking lot and hospital skybridge.  

Race Course

The race will start and finish at Saline Memorial Hospital and will take you through historical downtown Benton.

5K T-Shirt

Everyone that registers for the race will receive a Beat Goes On 5K  t-shirt. Shirts are available for pick up on the day of the race. 

Finisher Medal

Participants finishing the race will receive a finisher medal. Virtual participants will not receive finisher medal but will receive a 5K t-shirt.
