Gravelfest for MS: May 3-4, 2025

Event Overview:

Gravelfest for MS is a fun, two-day gravel biking event with routes tailored to all levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders. The event supports the Rampy MS Research Foundation, raising funds for cutting-edge multiple sclerosis research at UAMS (Little Rock, AR), Northwestern University (Chicago, IL), and the University of California (San Francisco, CA).

This year, Gravelfest will be based in Bentonville, AR, with home base at the Bentonville Bike Camp (8658 Spanker Creek Rd, Bentonville, AR 72712). Riders can stay on-site, in nearby accommodations, or enjoy the new Motto Hotel’s bike valet service.

Rider Incentives:

*  Riders will receive a "sweet" custom, exclusively designed neck gator from JUNK brands at packet pick up.

*  Gravelfest for MS participant will receive a complimentary four-month subscription to MAXIOM's highest level of guidance, the "MAX - Core" plan. 
This plan, designed to optimize performance and recovery through 24/7 precision guidance from our proprietary AI, represents a total value of $400 per participant.  (Once you are registered a reverse promo code will be emailed to your email on file for redemption)

*  Aid Station Nutrition: We will provide MAXIOM Optimize Drink Mix at the aid station, 
ensuring riders have access to the hydration and nutrients needed to enjoy the event 
and perform at their best.

*  Raffle Prize: To make the event even more exciting, MAXIOM is contributing a raffle prize of 
a one-year subscription to MAXIOM Ultimate, valued at $3,600.  (This item, along with other raffle items will be drawn after awards at The Hub Bike Lounge on Saturday, after awards)

Routes & Distances:

Saturday, May 3:

• 60-Mile Route

• Race Format: Top male and female placements determined by three timed segments (awards for top three in each category).

• Non-Race Format: Option to ride the same route without competing.

• 40-Mile Route: Non-race format.

• 25-Mile Beginner Route: Non-race format.

Sunday, May 4:


• 50-Mile Route

• 30-Mile Route

(All routes on Sunday are social, non-race format.)

Support & Navigation:


• All routes are self-navigated with minimal directional signs. Please view the routes once released to note highway and busy intersection crossings. 

• Each route includes one aid station stocked with snacks, water, electrolytes, and nutrition provided by Maxiom.

Schedule of Events:


• Saturday, May 3

• 3:30–7:30 PM: Dinner, awards, and raffle at The Hub Bike Lounge (410 SW A St., Suite 2, Bentonville, AR 72712).

• Evening (8–10 PM): Live music by JZ and the Real Slim Shadies at the Bentonville Bike Camp.

Accommodations:


1. Stay Local: Riders who live nearby can sleep in their own beds.

2. On-Site: Choose A-frame glamping cabins or tent camping at Bentonville Bike Camp. Accommodations can be selected during registration on RunSignUp.

3. Host Hotel: The Motto Hotel (229 South Main, Bentonville, AR 72712, 1-888-765-4748) offers special room block rates for participants. Mention “Gravelfest for MS” when booking.

Event Goal:


Gravelfest for MS aims to raise $10,000 to support research at three leading institutions.  The Rampy MS Research Foundation supports the mission of funding the best multiple sclerosis research in the United States at UAMS in Little Rock, Northwestern University in Chicago, IL and University of California @ San Francisco, CA.
