Join us for the 5th annual The Loaf and Sole 5k! Loafie has left his padawan days behind and has ascended to the rank of master in fighting food insecurity. You can help him by joining the race! 100% of your race fees go directly to the 501c(3) nonprofit Table 7three and equipping their new kitchen space.
Participants will receive a race shirt (performance style), finisher medal, finish line breakfast burritos provided by Table 7three, free race photos, and other goodies! There will be awards for the top finishers, last place (Meandering Minnow), and age divisions.
Here are the details:
When: 5k takes place 5/3/2925 and will kick off at 7:30am. The kids fun run will begin once the final finisher of the 5k crosses the line.
Where: Participants will start and finish at Genesis Church in Fayetteville. Address: 205 MLK Blvd Fayetteville Arkansas
The course: Will take the path Tabitha (Table 7three's airstream) goes on when they serve food at Walker Park.

About Table 7three
Table 7three is a nonprofit 501(c)3 charity with the mission of reflecting the love of Christ by providing meals at no-cost to those in need in NWA. We use our meal service as an opportunity to fellowship with the forgotten and overlooked.
We are currently serving no-cost meals two times a month in NWA. Our chef curated menu is intentionally designed to be nutritious while also pleasing to the palate. Our food is prepared fresh in a commercial kitchen and then transported (via catering containers) to our airstream where we distribute to those who need it most. Our ultimate goal is to serve restaurant quality meals. Beginning in July 2021 we secured a commercial kitchen and since that time have served close to 11,000 meals. In addition to meals, we have also provided countless care items such as clothes, blankets, feminine hygiene kits, hygiene backpacks, children items, and animal care supplies.
Our hope for Table 7three is to expand our footprint in the NWA community by increasing the frequency of our meal services. 100% of the proceeds from the race will go directly into helping us accomplish this goal.
