Interested in learning more about the nuts and bolts of trail running? Join out trail running clinic and learn how to enjoy the fast-growing adventurous sport! From planning runs to equipment to basic safety, footwork and more, we will be covering all of your questions. So bring your chair and come dressed to run and enjoy the day with others who share your love of the outdoors. All clinic fees will benefit First Descents, a non-profit focused on giving young cancer survivors and first responders epic, life changing adventures.
