Free 10 week training program for women of all ages and abilities to learn to run or walk for exercise. At the completion of the 10 weeks of training your graduation event will be the Women Can Run/Walk 5K in Conway on May 11th, 2019. Clinics will meet twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM at the UACCM Campus. Meet at the big parking lot off Timberwolf Dr, look for the signs.
The first clinic session will be Monday, March 4th at 6:00 PM.
Please bring water for yourself to each clinic session. If you have blinky lights please bring them the first few weeks of clinic.

Training groups are as follows:
Walker Group A - Your goal is to train to walk up to 3.1 miles, and/or learn to walk longer and at a faster pace.
Beginning Runner Group A - Your goal is to train to run/walk up to 3.1 miles. You are not running any and want to complete a 5K.
Beginning Runner Group B - Your goal is to train to run/walk up to 3.1 miles. You are currently running 3 minutes or less at a time.
