Start 2019 off fun and healthy with a FREE Virtual 5K. KB Healthy and Fit is excited to present our very first virtual 5K! And it's FREE!!! Walk, Jog or Run 3.1 miles anytime between January 1st 2019 and January 7th 2019. Grab a picture of your race and post it on Instagram or Facebook tagging @KBHealthyandFit for 50% off the registration to our spring virtual race! Make sure to get these pictures up by January 7th! And running is so much better with a friend so make sure to grab a friend, family member or significant other to start off the New Year right
