#BdaBackonTrack Challenge

The #BDABackonTrack Challenge is a 20 day virtual event in which participants sign up for FREE and then are challenged to set aside at least 20 minutes a day to improve their spine, joint and overall health.

Beginning September 26th, 2020 participants will be challenged to take part in virtual 20 minute exercise challenges and learn healthy eating and mental wellness habits.  The challenge will culminate on October 16th, 2020 on World Spine Day with a finale event.

Each day beginning at 6 am persons can access the video clip of the day via the Bermuda Chiropractic Association’s (BCA) Website, YouTube Channel, Instagram, or Facebook.  All prizes require the free registration.  There are 2 ways to win a prize. There will be a daily raffle prize and a prize for the most liked inspirational Instagram/Facebook post at:

World Spine Day raises awareness of back pain and other spinal issues. With chiropractors, nutritionists, exercise and rehabilitation experts, health advocates, and patients all taking part, BACK ON TRACK will be celebrated on every continent.

An estimated one billion people worldwide suffer from back pain, spinal pain and disability affecting all age groups, from children to the elderly. It is the greatest single cause of years lived with disability on the planet, with one in four adults suffering from back pain during their lives. 

The coronavirus pandemic has further affected persons around the world, including Bermuda.Unfortunately, the lockdown restrictions have impacted the ability to stay active and mobile. BACK ON TRACK celebrates people being able to reactivate, rejuvenate and revitalize their bodies by getting up and out.
