1.0 mile Run – Juniors (8 to 15 ONLY) • Start time: 8:00am • Registration fee: $15

5k Walk  - Start time: 8:00am (Walkers)

5K Run - Start Time 8:30am (Runners)

• Registration fee: Youth/Adults $35/Swan’s Members $25

Awards & Prizes

Award for these age groups.

• Walkers (all ages) - First & Second overall / gender (no age groups)
• Runners - First & Second Male/Female in the below age groups
  • 8-11 yrs / 1.0 miles
  • 12-15 yrs / 1.0 miles
  • 16-18 yrs
  • 19-39 yrs
  • 40 - 49 yrs
  • 50-59 yrs
  • 60+

NOTE: Minimum age to compete in 5k run is 16.

**The school with the largest number of entries will be awarded a prize**

Race Number Pick Up is Race Morning at the start of the race.

General Description of Courses (Marshalls will be on Duty)

5K Route:

Start Dutton Avenue, May 24 nish mark, North to Marsh Follow road, along Marsh Follow Road and up Frog Lane to
turnaround point, back along Frog Lane to Dock Hil road, down to North Shore, along North Shore to BlackWatch
Pass, turn back onto Marsh Follow Road and nish back at Dutton Avenue.

1.0 Miles: (Juniors ONLY)

Start Dutton avenue, May 24 Mark, head North, onto Marsh Folly just past Perimeter Road, turn and nish back at
Dutton Avenue.
