It’s time to lace up and get ready!

Races to be held at Botanical Gardens in Paget on Sunday, March 10th 2024.

The first race starts at 1:00pm and subsequent races will start after the conclusion of the previous race so start times shown are approximate based on past years' experience. Parents are advised to arrive a minimum of 30mins prior to the start of their child's race.

Parking will be available on the Tucker property, opposite the South Shore entrance to Botanical Gardens. **Come Early to Avoid Queues** 

NUMBER PICK UP is on Saturday, March 9th, 2024 KPMG Offices, 4 Par-La-Ville Rd, Hamilton 10am to 1pm (Entries after this time will be able to collect Race Numbers on race day at the start)

• An athlete’s age group is determined by their age on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
• Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female runners of each age group.
• There will be one raffle draw prize for all participants.
• Participation medals will be awarded to all those who successfully complete the course.
• No entries will be accepted on Race Day after online registration closes.
• Parents are not permitted to run with their children.
• Races will have wave starts beginning with the 4 year old girls. At the conclusion of one race, the next will start.
• Participants are advised to arrive a minimum of 30mins prior to their races on Race Day with their numbers already pinned on their shirts. Late arrivals will not be permitted to participate.
• All awards and prizes on Race Day are final and subject to the Race Director’s decision.
• Timing chips are incorporated in the race number that you will collect. It must be worn loosely on the front at belly button level.
• Results will be posted on https://www.bermudatiming.com/
• Prize presentations will take place after each age group has completed their race .
• These races are sanctioned by the BNAA in association with MAAC
• Waiver statement: By participating in the 2024 KPMG Round the Grounds races, athletes agree to waive and release the BNAA, MAAC, Bermuda Timing Systems Ltd., KPMG, all sponsors or officials, employees or officers of the aforementioned from any and all claims arising from any injury or damages resulting from participation.

$100 Additional Award to Winners (Male and Female) of the 13-16 Age Group if the existing records are broken (Male 4:58:43, Female 5:30:71)

Please do not bring dogs to the Start/Finish Area in the interest of other participants

APPROXIMATE START TIMES (PLEASE ARRANGE TO ARRIVE 30 MINUTES EARLIER TO AVOID MISSING THE START OF THE RACE IF THE SCHEDULE IS RUNNING EARLIER)

First Event which is the 4 year old Girls, starts at 1pm. Subsequent events will start at the conclusion of the previous event. (Parents are advised to plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of their childs event)
Approximate start times are as follows (please note these will vary depending on the number of participants and other factors, so they are not guaranteed but approximate based on prior years of this event)

• 4 year old boys 1:10pm
• 5 year old girls 1:20pm
• 5 year old boys1:30pm
• 6 year old girls 1:40pm
• 6 year old boys 1:50pm
• 7 year old girls 2:00pm
• 7 year old boys 2:10pm
• 8 year old girls 2:20pm
• 8 year old boys 2:35pm
• Girls 9-10 years 2:50pm
• Boys 9-10 years 3:05pm
• Girls and Boys 11-12 3:20pm
• Girls and Boys 13-16 3:35pm

Sorry, but if you miss your event, whilst the organizers may allow your child to participate, we cannot give a score as they would be participating in the wrong event.
