Description
This is a pre-entry race, the closing date for entries is the Friday before race date at 6pm. Registration is to be completed on-line in advance. NO DAY-OF REGISTRATIONS PERMITTED. Registrants MUST be current Bermuda Bicycle Association members.
Due to Bermuda Government regulations regarding group sizes, the start times may be changed to keep race groups below the maximum size. Any changes to the schedule will be given prior to the event.
Participation for this race is based on racing age categories. Masters participants can choose either Masters or Open for their category.
Championship (Open, Junior, & Masters) races will race the full course with Junior non-championship races on a shorter course.
Junior non-championship races will be held following the championship races

COURSE:
There is one course for all categories other than the non-championship Junior 13-16 and Junior 12 & Under events. A map of the course can be found at https://www.strava.com/routes/3202406908710286970
DURATION:
- Junior Male - 45 min (est.)
- Junior Female - 30 min (est.)
- Open Female - 45 min (est.)
- Open Male - 65 min (est.)
- Masters Male - 60 min (est.)
Competitors will be shown lap boards indicating the number of laps remaining. Riders lapped by the leaders will be finished once the leader has completed the stated number of laps and will be scored in the appropriate place.
NOTES:
Number pick up will be on race day, up to 30 minutes before the start of competitor's category.
For this event there will be a feed zone and mechanical pit area. Racers are permitted to receive mechanical or nutritional assistance in this area only. No neutral support or support outside of the area will be provided / permitted.
In the championship races, the first finisher is the Champion. The National Champion is the first Bermuda national to finish the complete race distance.
There is no scheduled neutral lap of the course immediately before the start of the race. Course inspection must be done prior to the commencement of racing. Racers are responsible for knowledge of the course. The course will be marked out the previous day and the route will be posted.
