Description

LIBERTY ADVENTURE PROGRAM

*NEW DATE* Friday, January 31-Sunday, February 2

Active Duty E1-E6 Junior Enlisted Sailor $100

Liberty Adventure Program is hosting a two-night Self Nurture in Nature program; partnering with The Perch at Twin Peaks Retreat location. The group will engage in wellness activities that are geared towards maximizing mental health. Group meditation and opening up conversations to help manage feelings, forest bathing (engage with your senses by fully immersing yourself in nature, finding peace, calm, and reconnection), hiking throughout the San Bernardino Mountains, explore the local town. 

*Due to the seriousness of the topics for this trip, all planned group activities will be mandatory.  There will be free time for personnel exploration.

*Group will be staying in cabins (shared rooms but individual beds). Pack for winter temperatures.
