4th Run Cypress College 5k Run/Walk

Good morning participants!

I want to start off by wishing you all health and safety during these challenging times.

The purpose of our Run Cypress College 5k run/walk is meant to bring the campus staff and surrounding community members together and celebrate the sacrifices and success of our military-connected students. We are thankful for the support we have received from our campus over the past three years and hope that we can continue this event in the future.

After careful consideration, the Veterans Resource Center is announcing the postponement of the 4th Annual Run Cypress College 5k run/walk. The VRC decided to take this action based on the recommendations and directives set by Governor Newsom and professional health experts to limit the spread of COVID-19 virus in our community. The VRC wants to support and participate in the efforts that are being made to reduce the spread. This means postponing our event for later date. We are hoping to hold this event in the Fall 2020 semester, depending on the COVID-19 situation.

We want to thank our sponsors, donors, and participants for their support and understanding. If you have already signed up and you wish to keep your entry for our future race there is no need for further action. If you wish to receive a refund for your entry, please log in to your runsignup.com account and complete the refund process.
