The Lake of the Sky TrailRunners, Road Runners Club of America and Weight Watchers have teamed up on June 6th to highlight walking as a great way to get moving burn calories and tone muscle on the Humbug Willow Creek Trail(Paved) through marshes, along creeks, through oak woodlands in Folsom CA. 8:30am Start. T-shirts and healthy post race food for all participants.
