Classic- Mile Time Trial / Coaching Tips

Join the Classic Running Club for a free timed mile and some coaching tips from Coach Benny Madrigal/Coach Mad 

Want coaching tips without the time trial, come out and cheer the runners.  Your questions will be answered during coffee time. 

Where: Fleet Feet parking area for warm up to mile start (bibs will be here)

-We will jogg together to start/finish area   (Cow loop) 50%asphalt 49% fire road 1%grass

-Bring a good attitude and layers-(something for after, weather may be chilly)

By the end of the Coaching Clinic you should know your Threshold, Interval, Marathon, and Easy paces to guide you in your training plans for 2025!
