Description
This is the inaugural Turkey Trot for the Inland Empire area. It will be held Sunday following Thanksgiving (November 27th at 8:00am) at the Lake Elsinore Diamond. This will be a fast flat course that will begin on the streets next to the stadium and go out the levy along beautiful Lake Elsinore, after hitting the turn around spot you will return for a fast flat finish back to the stadium. Once the race is over return back to the vedors fair and enjoy the festivities. The "Kiddie K" race begins at 10:15am followed by awards at 10:45am. The vendors fair will remain open until 12:00pm.
Schedule of Events:
6:30am- Day of Registration opens
8:00 am- Start of the 5k Turkey Trot
9:30am- 5k cut-off
10:00am- Start of the "Kiddie K"
10:30am- "Kiddie K" cut-off
10:45am- Awards
7:00am-12:00pm - Vendors Fair Open
Gun time and Chip Time will be available for all running athletes.
