You are invited to the first ever DPAM virtual 5k! Since we have to continue to social distance, we thought this would be a fun way to be engaged, stay active and continue to reach your goals. You can complete the race however you like. You can run, jog or walk on the road, trail, or on a treadmill. Experience the thrill of your first virtual 5k on Saturday August 15th! (Any time of the day). The world is your gym; use it any way you please!
