4K Flat Run LA Running School

We are launching a new running club, LA Running School.

OUR CLUB's MISSION is to help you set a specific goal achieved through consistent running. We aim to help you grow every day and inch your way towards the goal, get out of bed several times a week to hit the road and run safely.

EVERY WEDNESDAY IN GRIFFITH PARK (Christal Springs parking lot) we organize small runs for friends and all club members. We highly value a professional approach to running. That's why we will have everything you need to FEEL LIKE you're in a REAL RACE, in a real competition.

Our runs will have a HOLISTIC APPROACH TO TRAINING: warm-up, race, cool-down, and stretching.
We will announce the results of each run and determine winners. Water will be provided after the run.

OUR COACHES will talk to you about your goals and challenges and will advise you on how to deal with them.

JOIN US every Wednesday at 6:30 pm at Griffith Park. Attendance is free and all are welcome.
