5K+ For Ukraine

Get ready to make a difference this Earth Day weekend! Lace up your shoes and join us for a thrilling run or walk in the sunshine, all for a fantastic cause. This 5K+ event is not just about breaking a sweat – it's about coming together to support three incredible organizations: House of Ukraine, Shield of Freedom, and HopeFull.

Our mission? To bask in the beauty of our city, get active, and spread some love to those in Ukraine who need it most. This year marks the debut of our family-friendly "Hands Around the World" 5K+ event, nestled in the heart of Liberty Station. And guess what? We want YOU to be a part of it!

So grab your friends, your running shoes, and your biggest smiles, because we're gearing up for an unforgettable day of fun, fitness, and philanthropy. Let's show Ukraine just how much they're loved and supported. For participating you will get a memorable t-shirt and a medal. And if you place in the top three places of your division, you will even walk away with a prize.

The run will be followed by a fun festival with live music by U3Zub, Ukrainian dancers, vendors, and activities for all ages. Entry to the festival is free, and most activities are complimentary, but you can enjoy a few paid attractions like the bouncy house, face painting, and pizza!

Additional raffle/attraction tickets can be purchased as well. Please note that payments cannot be easily processed at the venue, so the tickets should be bought in advance. Cost is $5 each or 5 for $20. Cash payments will only be accepted when picking up race packets on Friday or Saturday, but unfortunately, we will not be able to accept cash on Sunday.
