Description
MWR VADM Martin Liberty is volunteering at Feeding San Diego on Wednesday, June 4, 6pm - 8pm to aid with food sorting at their Distribution Center. This two-hour, hands-on volunteer shift may include cleaning fresh produce, packing boxes of food, or sorting through food that has been donated.
Register online to join our volunteer group (volunteer cap 15 people). Beginning May 26th, MWR Liberty will contact all signups by phone to confirm you are volunteering.
MWR Liberty transportation is provided and will depart from VADM Martin Liberty Center at 5:15pm. Please arrive a few minutes prior to ensure we leave on time. Select your preferred transportation plans during registration. If we reach volunteer capacity, standby volunteers are encouraged to show up at VADM Martin Liberty Center at 5:15pm in case of volunteer no-shows/ last minute cancelations.
An LOA will be provided for your community service hours.
