We’re Emily and Matthew, the co-founders of ONLY Hydration, and we couldn’t be more excited to invite you to our very first event—The ONLY Run 5K/10K! This race is something we've been wanting to do, and we’re thrilled to bring it to life with YOU.

ONLY Hydration started with a mission: to create electrolyte powders inspired by our Asian heritage while supporting a lifestyle that’s active, balanced, and full of joy. Now, we’re taking it a step further by creating an event where everyone—whether you’re running, walking, or cheering—can come together and have fun.

This isn’t just a race; it’s a celebration of everyone who’s been part of our journey. From live DJs to food trucks, giveaways, and activities, we want this day to be as fun and exciting for you as it is for us!
