Anza Borrego Virtual 225 Mile Challenge - Run, Ride, Hike or Bike

This is a 225 mile virtual challenge through southern California's Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.  You may run, hike, bike, or ride a horse in this challenge. You may combine your results for all four activities in any combination.  You have until last day of summer, September 21, 2020, to complete this challenge.  Post pics on social media of the landscape that you virtually ran and or rode through versus the landscape you actually passed through. 

The really cool attribute of this event is that you can track your progress on the results page.  There will be a map of your progress below the results.  In many cases dragging the icon to your location will generate a 360 degree view of the area.  This does not work everywhere because the mapping program would not follow some roads, and certainly not off-road.  However, if you zoom in you will see numerous blue spots.  Each of those spots is a photograph of that region.

To enter your results, just come back to this race cover page and click on Results.  A block will ask you if you want to enter virtual results.  Click that box and there you are!  Please note that it takes a few minutes to update.
