Virtual 5K - International (Virtual Kit Only)
Description
Lace up your sneakers and join fellow Forever Buffs around the world for the 2021 Wherever You Roam Virtual 5K! Run, walk, jog, bike, roll or even skip your favorite 5K route anytime between Family Weekend and Homecoming (October 16 – November 6, 2021) and come together Wherever You Roam.
Register today to receive a custom T-Shirt, CU-themed runner’s medal and lanyard, race bib and CU stickers.
After you complete the Virtual 5K, enter your time through your runner’s account to download your Finisher's Certificate. Be sure to share out any photos and your race day experience using #WhereverYouRoam5K and #ForeverBuffs.
Everyone and anyone can participate in the 2021 Wherever You Roam Virtual 5K, so tell your friends and family, create a team, and connect with fellow Forever Buffs from across the globe.
Your participation impacts CU Boulder students:
$10 from every registration goes toward the CU Boulder Alumni Association Quasi-Endowed Scholarship Fund. This fund provides support for the Alumni Association's undergraduate scholarship program. Scholarship recipients will be selected in accordance with established procedures for awarding merit- and/or need-based scholarships.
Participant Kit
All registrants* receive an all-new commemorative 2021 Wherever You Roam runner’s kit, which includes:
- Custom 2021 Wherever You Roam Virtual 5K T-Shirt
- Custom designed race bib
- CU themed finisher medal and reusable lanyard
- Free Shipping!
Kits will begin shipping the week of September 1st — all kits ship for free and will be mailed to the address you provided during registration.
We hope you’ll join us and participate anytime between Family Weekend and Homecoming (October 16 – November 6, 2021). If you plan to run over Family Weekend and want to ensure that your kit arrives in time, please register by October 1, or at least two weeks prior to the date you plan to complete the 2021 Wherever You Roam Virtual 5K.
*The Wherever You Roam Virtual 5K participant kit can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International participants can opt to receive a virtual kit with a downloadable bib and Finisher Certificate through the registration link.
