Wildfire Action Fund (WAF) is a non-profit organization committed to wildfire prevention, community education, and advocacy. The mission of the Firestorm 5k is to raise awareness about the importance of wildfire prevention, promote community engagement, and raise funds to support our wildfire prevention initiatives and educational programs.
How Your Participation Helps
By participating in the Firestorm 5k, you are helping firefighting efforts and wildfire prevention within your community and the state of Colorado. After the race, you will be able to meet the Ken Caryl Ranch Firewise Committee and learn more about how you can help protect against wildfire. 100% of net proceeds from this race event will fund WAF's mission to educate communities about wildfire prevention and empower fire departments to take preventative action throughout the state.
