Healthy for Life 5k

The Healthy for Life 5k fun run/walk is a family-friendly event that encourages people of all ages to get outside and move for the good of both body and the soul. All proceeds from this event benefit Litchfield Montessori School, a not-for-profit independent day school in Northfield, CT. 

Race Day: Sunday, May 21, 2023

•       Race HQ opens at 9:00 am.   Race starts at 10:30 am 
•       Start and finish are located behind Litchfield Hills Fitness at 599 Bantam Rd., Bantam, CT. 
•       Race parking available in the Bantam River Corporate Park at 601 Bantam Rd. Bantam, CT 

USATF Certified 5K Road Race and Fitness Walk (#CT21005JHP). Computerized race timing and race registration through Fast Track Racing.

•       Race fees are $30 for all adults until April 28th, 2023 and $35 thereafter.
•       Free Healthy for Life 5k athletic tees will be available for all who register by April 28th, 2023, so register early. 

Not local but still want to participate? You can run our race from anywhere in the world! Register as a fully virtual participant and we will send you information to help you run our Healthy for Life 5k wherever you are. Please note: Tee shirts are for local pickup only and will not be mailed out.
