USATF certified 5K course. Flat and fast, out and back course on the scenic Farmington Canal Trail in Hamden, CT.
Start and finish Ranfone Training Systems.109 Sanford Street, Hamden, CT 06514
Farmington Canal Path is off road, wide and paved. Come run or walk and help us on our path to fund the 2025 Greater New Haven St. Patrick's Day Parade. Runners, walkers, strollers and leashed dogs are welcome.

Registration, start and finish will be from Ranfone Training Systems,109 Sanford Street, Hamden CT 06514 . Farmington Canal Path is adjacent to close to Ranfone Training Systems. Race is on the Farmington Canal Path which is paved surface scenically lined with with trees along each side.
