Join us for the 2026 Meriden Memorial Mile!

Sunday, 5/24/26 Update!

A rainy morning has been forecasted for Race Day. This event will not be cancelled!

Registration will be located inside Israel Putnam School, in the Cafeteria. (Use side doors on Parker Ave to access Cafe)

All Participants are able to stay dry in the cafeteria until the Mile starts.

Our Awards and refreshments will take place back in the Cafeteria after your awesome race!

Rain can't stop our positive energy! Let's have an amazing Mile TOGETHER!

A one-mile walk/run event to coincide with Meriden’s Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 25th. We expect a terrific mix of participants, including children and their families, serious runners and those who simply want to enjoy a neighborhood walk to celebrate our Veterans!

Proceeds benefit our local Veterans and help connect our community with future running & fitness events!

• Race Day Check-In Begins: 8am
• Race Begins: 9am

Awards

• Trophies for the top three Males and Females
• Medals for first male and female in following categories:
  • 15 and under
  • 16-19
  • 20-29
  • 30-39
  • 40-49
  • 50-59
  • 60-69
  • 70+

Registration Fees

• Before May 11th - $20 (18 years and under $10)
• May 12th - May 24th - $25 (18 years and under $10)
• Race Day Registration - $30
• Veterans & Active Military Members - FREE!
  • When prompted during registration to confirm service status, note and follow the on screen instruction.
