Lyman Orchards Pie Run

Join us for the 4th annual Lyman Orchards Pie Run which offers 5K and 5 mile distance options through our hilly orchards and the Middlefield community!

Race Updates: (As of 10/30/26 @ 12:30pm)

This race will sell out at 500 participants! (Currently, there are about 10 spots remaining) Due to this, there will not be any same day registration! Register now if you plan on attending! Registered Participants, please be on the lookout for your pre race email on Friday evening that will include details and updates for race day including: Course maps, Parking info, Event Map and Timeline, and more!
 

Early Bib / T-Shirt Pick Up: New for this year! Pick up your bib early and save yourself the stress of waiting in line on race day! Please note: Friends and family members can pick up bibs for registered participants; simply show the confirmation email, screenshot, or verification from the registered participant. We will be at Lyman Orchards (32 Reeds Gap Rd. Middlefield, CT) from 3:30pm- 5:45pm on Friday, October 30th. We will be located outside, on the Apple Barrel Patio!
 

Volunteer Opportunity! With our biggest race ever comes an increased need for volunteers! The more volunteers we have, the safer and more amazing our event will be! Have a family or friend who wants to see how a race operates? Or wants to cheer you on along the course route while making sure our runners are safe? All volunteers will get a Pie and T-Shirt, just like our race participants! Volunteer hours are 6:30am - 10:30am but can vary/be shorter as well! Contact us today if interested!
 

Costumes! This race is on HALLOWEEN! We want to see you out on the course in your costumes! There will be a few prizes to those with the best costumes!

• 7:15 am race check in begins
• 8:15 am kids fun run start
• 8:30 am 5K and 5 mile race start
• Post race refreshments available at the finish.

Entry Fees - Includes race shirt and Lyman's Pie** (Shirt guaranteed to all registered prior to 10/18; Subject to availability after)
