Get Your Move On is a month‑long fitness challenge for Octagon employees around the world. As part of our commitment to supporting mental well‑being, we invite you to sign up, choose any physical activity you enjoy, and track the time you spend moving.

Regular physical activity is linked to improved brain health and cognitive function, reduced risk of anxiety and depression, better sleep, and an overall boost in quality of life.
