THERE IS NO RACE DAY IN-PERSON REGISTRATION because you need a event entry ticket to get into the event. Registration ends when on-line registration ends.
Bib Pickup: 3:00pm on, June 25th, Redding Historical Society, 43 Lonetown Rd, Redding, CT
Race start/finish/parking and festivities all at: Redding Historical Society, 43 Lonetown Rd, Redding, CT
1 Mile Race: 4:00pm
5k race: 4:30pm
9K race: 5:30pm
4:30pm - 9:30pm Free beverages (adult and otherwise) and food (hot dogs, burgers, veggie burgers) after the race.
BANDS: Non stop bands playing from 4pm through fireworks and the ever-popular band, 3rd round, playing on the course during the races (they're at miles 1 and 2.1 of the 5K and miles 1 and 4.6 of the 9K)
FIREWORKS: 9:30ish

Description
The 9K course is runnable with 301 ft of total climbs and has 4 aid stations along the course with water and Gatorade. There are bathrooms at the beginning and end and in Putnam State Park.
The 5K and 1 Miler courses are out-and-backs on the 9K course. The 1 Miler is designed for kids and is untimed
All participants in the 3 races will receive a short sleeve tech shirt or a singlet and a finishers medal. Runners of the Double Race Challenge (5k then the 9k) will receive a 9k medal, and an additional free gift. Stay around after running for the bands, beverages, food and fireworks (yes fireworks at 9:30pm)!!
