Last year, over 750 runners, walkers, and kids participated in this amazing event and we anticipate an even bigger crowd this year. With the price of registration, participants will receive a T-shirt, Goodie Bag, and access to great music, awards, raffle prizes, and delicious food! Free Supervised Child Care will also be provided during the race!
Food options will include, pizza, wraps, and delicious catered finger foods. We will even have everyone's favorite adult beverage-- beer-- for a nice cool down after the race (I.D. Required).
Start time: 10:00 am. (check in ends 15 minutes prior)
This is a computer chip timed 5k event. You must complete the entire distance to win prizes. Awards will be given for the overall men's and women's champion. Age group awards three deep for 9 & under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ and beyond! Free Supervised Child Care in the kids' area during the race!

Walk at your own pace on a non-competitive course along scenic Southport Harbor and Historic District. Enjoy the views and know that you're contributing to a good cause! This event is NOT computer timed. There are no awards for this walk. Free Supervised Child Care in the kids' area during the walk!
Start time: 9:00 am (check in ends 15 minutes prior)
1 mile jog begins: 9:10 am
100-yard Scamper, 1-mile jog PLUS tons of Fun Activities for kids ages Pre-K thru 6th grade. Kids will enjoy awards, snacks, face painting, balloon characters, temporary tattoos, princess/ action figures & more! These kids events are not timed.
Start time: 10:00 am
