Triumph Over Trauma 5K
PARTICIPATE FOR A PURPOSE…
The Triumph Over Trauma 5K at Bellevue State Park encourages runners and walkers to participate with a purpose! Register to run or walk or race the 3.1 mile course with the option to join a charity fundraising team to help support the Trauma Survivors Foundation’s mission to provide hope to Survivors of Traumatic Events and help First Responders through crisis intervention and training.
Come for the RUN! Stay for the FUN! Every runner over the age of 21 will be given a discounted price to attend the Delaware Beer Fest. Commemorative pint glasses and the first beer is on us! www.DelawareBeerFest.com

Delaware Beer Fest
For a discounted fee, runners can attend the Delaware Beer Fest shortly following the 5K. The inaugural Delaware Beer Fest held at the beautiful Figure-8 Barn at Bellevue State Park. Guests are invited to sample beer from local breweries and national brands. We are proud to feature Big Oyster Brewery as our main Beer Sponsor. The Delaware Beer Fest is from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM with VIP Admission starting at 12 PM and General Admission at 1:00 PM.
In addition to the great tasting beer selection, guests will enjoy live music and browse among local artisans. Scrumptious food will be available from local restaurants and food trucks. Challenge your friends to a game of Giant Jenga, Beer Fest Trivia, Photobooth Fun or play a round of corn hole. This event will be held no matter rain, shine, heat, or, you know Delaware weather, snow!
WITH OVER 25 + BREWERIES AND 60 + BEER SELECTIONS, WE ARE CERTAIN WE WILL PLEASE YOUR BEER SAMPLING PALLET.
