Miles For Smiles 150 Mile Challenge (May-June)

***If you are joining the challenge late (after May 1st), you may manually enter your walking or running miles going back to May 1st (as long as you kept good records)***

Relevant Running is always trying to help keep you motivated and inspired. And, in this case SMILIING! Join us throughout May and June 2022 for the Miles For Smiles 150 Mile Challenge. A virtual challenge for runners and walkers of all ages anywhere at any time. Your goal, should you choose to accept it, is to walk and/or run 150 purposeful/training miles from May 1st until June 30th 2022. But, there is more than just a single medal! Read on for details!

Miles For Smiles 150 Mile Challenge participants will receive:
The custom designed Miles For Smiles Challenge medal (a whopping 4 inches in diameter). Scroll down for a picture of this awesome colorful custom medal. Runners who surpass 150 miles during the 2 month challenge will receive a SMILE themed button for every 10 miles over 150. For example: 170 miles gets you the medal and 2 buttons, 200 miles gets you the medal and 5 buttons, 250 miles gets you the medal and 10 buttons (and so forth). Earn as many buttons as you can! We have dozens upon dozens of buttons for you in many different styles! Scroll down for a sample picture of the various SMILE buttons.

Tracking
Tracking is accomplished by uploading to the Challenge runsignup page (from popular apps or manually). You will be able to see your progress tracking bar as well as milestones achieved along the way. You will also be able to follow others that are currently active in the Challenge. Info regarding your tracking link will be emailed to you at approximately midnight the day the challenge starts. 

Challenge duration:
You can start/join the Challenge any time after 12:01am Eastern time May 1st 2022. Complete your purposeful/training miles at your own pace throughout the 2 months. The Challenge ends at 11:59pm Eastern time June 30th 2022. 

Leaderboard Status
You will be able to log your distance, time for each run or walk. This will track who is in the lead.

Complete the challenge distance.
