Monster Challenge April (Dr. Seuss Edition)

**IF you are joining the challenge after 4/1/21, you ARE allowed to catch up and back date your training walking and running miles (BUT, NO FURTHER BACK THAN April 1st)**
Relevant Running is always looking for ways to keep you motivated and inspired. Join us throughout April 2021 for Monster Challenge (The Dr. Seuss Edition). Earn the massive Monster Challenges medal AND fun Dr. Seuss mini-medals and buttons. This is a virtual challenge for runners and walkers of all ages anywhere at any time.
 
Monster Challenge participants will earn:
The huge Monster Challenges medal after logging 50 miles for the month (scroll down for picture of medal). Participants who surpass 50 miles will earn 1 assorted Dr. Seuss themed button or mini-medal for each additional 10 miles (samples pictured below). You may earn up to a limit of 12 Dr. Seuss themed buttons or mini-medals. For example: Run or walk 170 miles in April and you've earned the Monster medal and the max of 12 Dr. Seuss themed items. Participants who run or walk more than the previously mentioned 170 miles will earn 1 assorted NON-Dr. Seuss item (pins) for each additional 10 miles. Scroll down for samples of pins.

Tracking
You will upload your miles into Runsignup daily during the Challenge. You will be able to see your progress tracking bar as well as milestones achieved along the way. You will also be able to follow others that are currently active in the Challenge.  

Challenge duration:
You can start/join the Challenge any time after 12:01am Eastern time April 1st 2021. Complete your miles at your own pace throughout the month. The Challenge ends at 11:59pm Eastern time April 30th 2021. 

Leaderboard Status
You will be able to log your distance, time for each run or walk. This will track who is in the lead.

Complete the challenge distance.
Receive your amazing medal, and Dr. Seuss items, and pins (if you run or walk the extra miles to earn them).

Medals and other items will ship after the Challenge completes.
