We Sweated Out The Summer now let's Fall Into Fitness for the month of October!
Join this challenge wherever you are. Complete it on your time. Get those miles in. Walk, Jog, Run, Swim, Bike, Hike...count 'em all!
All participants will receive a Fall Into Fitness shirt and an personalized award plaque that boasts of their accomplishment.

The goal is to go as many miles as you possibly can, or want, or think you want. There is no amount too little, or too many. Simply log onto your RunSignup.com profile and click "Submit Virtual Results" to log your activity and miles. The Results page will allow everyone to know where they stand among the other participants.
This event is awesome because age does not matter, pace does not matter; just make sure you get in the miles and have a way to prove it.
