At Foot Loose Running, we want to encourage participation in the sport on a regular basis.  We are proud to introduce our new pricing for 5K runs—"No Frills" and "Premium" Registration!

"No Frills" is a price for runners who only care about running a 5K.  No shirt, no swag—just run!  We will still offer refreshments and water for all runners.

"The "Premium" experience is for the runners who like the swag and shirts.  Premium Registration ends early so that we can accommodate the runners.

"No Frills" and "Premium" registrations apply to all runners regardless of age.  At Foot Loose Running, we want everyone to RUN

Shirt and Glass are for Premium Registration Only, deadline for premium registration is March 5 at midnight. No frills registration is available until race day.
