Join us for a Virtual Challenge with a true giving purpose! Get active and bring awareness to the need for education and assistance for Caregivers of those living with dementia. This is a Fitness Challenge; which means you can run, bike, hike, swim, do yoga or aerobics, walk - you choose and log your activity.
