Description
The inaugural Hydro4 Open Water swim will take place on May 22nd and will include 1000, 2000 and 5000 meter swims. Come swim in the spring fed waters of Lake Winona. The course will be a 1000 meter loop with participants completing laps based on the distance you register for. The start time for the swim is 7:30am. The water will open at 7:00am for warm up.
All participants will receive a color coded swim cap for their specific distance. Swim caps must be worn during the swim and participants will be body marked as well to indicate their event.
Camp Winona will be the beneficiary of this event and will provide a pancake breakfast to all participants after the swim.
