Description
It's time for the 13th Annual Habitat Hustle 5K Run/Walk! This event benefits UF Habitat for Humanity. Wear your favorite running or walking gear and come out on Saturday, October 26th, 2024 for a community-wide event with UF Habitat! THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC OF ALL AGES!
The start and finish line are at Boulware Springs Park in Gainesville, and the run takes place along Gainesville's scenic Hawthorne Trail. The race will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. with a suggested arrival/ check-in time of 8:30 a.m.
Runners can enjoy post-race treats and raffle prizes from local businesses upon crossing the finish line. The top three male and female racers will be awarded! All proceeds benefit UF Habitat for Humanity in supporting their mission to provide safe, affordable housing to deserving families in Alachua County through home builds and critical home repairs.
Registration includes: T-shirt*, race bib, raffle ticket, and post-race treats! Extra raffle tickets may be purchased for $1 per ticket at the event.
Children 5 years old and under run for FREE! No need to register them.
Free Parking: Navigate to 3300 SE 15th Street Gainesville, FL 32641. Overflow parking will head next door to 3400 SE 15th Street Gainesville, FL 32641.
