Category 5K Run/Walk

This is the 4th annual Category 5K Run/Walk hosted by Gainesville High School's Student Government Association.  The Category 5K Run/Walk began in 2019 as a fundraiser to support public schools in the Florida Panhandle affected by Hurricane Michael.  Thanks to our sponsors and registered participants, we were able to send $5,000.00 to help public school teachers in Bay County.  In 2020, we sent $1,400.00 to Bay County Public Schools to help provide school supplies for students affected by the hurricanes in their area.  We hope to continue supporting public schools recovering from recent hurricanes with the proceeds from our 2022 Category 5K Run/Walk.  Your registration fee includes one t-shirt (be sure to provide your shirt size in this registration) and a race medal for the first 75 participants to register by January 31, 2022 .
