Engine 15 Brewing Rails to Trails then Ales Oktoberfest 5k Run

Engine 15 Brewing Company and Run4Beer.com are hosting Engine 15 Brewing Oktoberfest 5k and 1 mile fun run.

This is an event for ages 21 and older only. 

This is event is a fun, casual, timed event that starts and ends at the awesome Engine 15 Brewing company in the Rail Yard District in Jacksonville  This event will use the s-line rails to trails jogging course. Note - this course will cross streets that are open to traffic - this is not the Olympic trials - this is a fun run so you will have to stop along the course. :) Enjoy it we will save beer for you! At the turnaround point you will be required to rip a page from a paperback book that matches your bib number and turn around.  This is not a race its a running event!! 

Each Participant will get a Florida Race Day Run-Race-Repeat Stainless Steel Water bottle that you can fill up before the race so you stay hydrated.

When you cross the finish line stay for an after party - Engine 15 Brewing Company will be providing the first beer on them for those age 21 plus. We will have awards and be giving out door prizes as well.

• Chip timed 5K (3.1 mile) event or 1 mile fun run/walk
• Bottle of Cold Beer after race ( ages 21 plus)
• Stainless Steel 20 oz Florida Race Day water bottle

5k distance awards will be given out based on random finishes! We will post times online and with live results - this is not a race this is an event! 

We are limiting this to 200 people as their first event - so please register early so you get in!

Packet Pickup will be at Engine 15 Brewing Company between 12:15-12:45 Race Morning 

5k and 1 mile -  Starts at 1:00 pm 

>>We are part of a growing list race organizers that strive to be more environmentally conscious . We encourage all runners to bring their own multiple use water bottle so that we do not add to the mounting plastic waste on earth. Please bring a reusable water bottle that you will bring with you during the race or for afterwards. You may refill your bottle at our water jug. Plastic water bottles will be available after the race but we are trying to reduce our footprint. <<<
