🏁 Join Us for the San Marco Mile — Saturday, February 7, 2026
Lace up for the fourth annual San Marco Mile, hosted by Posting House in partnership with PRS Running Club. This one-mile road race celebrates speed, community, and good times in the heart of San Marco.
Race waves begin at 4:30 PM, followed by awards and an after-party with music, food, and drinks. Bring your friends—everyone is welcome to race or cheer!
We’ve got divisions for all levels, including a 1/2-mile Kids' Fun Run. Whether you're chasing a PR or running your first mile, this event is for you.
👟 Kids 13 & under can race for just $20 in either the 1/2 mile or full mile event (discount applied automatically at checkout).
👕 First 100 registrations for the mile event receive a FREE branded San Marco Mile t-shirt.
Club Challenge
To celebrate all the fantastic running and fitness groups in Jacksonville and beyond, we are offering a club registration option for the mile race. Club organizers can email house@posting.house to register their club and receive a dedicated discount code for members.
Club Awards:
SAN MARCO MILE CLUB CHAMPIONS: The combined times from the top 10 fastest runners in each club will be tallied. The club with the lowest total time wins!
TEAM SPIRIT: This award goes to the crew bringing the best vibes! From matching outfits to loud cheers and nonstop encouragement, we’ll be recognizing the team or club that brings the most energy, camaraderie, and fun to the San Marco Mile.
Winning clubs will have their team name etched permanently onto the San Marco Mile trophies, which will be displayed at Posting House—plus, you’ll earn ultimate bragging rights until next year’s race!
To be eligible for the club awards, teams must have a minimum of 10 registrants. *at least one team member must be a female.
Schedule
3:00pm: race packet pickup & day of race registration
4:30pm: KIDS 1/2 MILE
5:00pm: OPEN DIVISION (8 minute mile and above)
5:15pm: ADVANCED (6 minute - 8 minute milers)
5:30pm: ELITE (6 minute mile and under)
5:45pm: AWARDS
6:00pm: AFTER-PARTY with DJ
Post-Race Food & Drink
Stick around after you cross the finish line for a true San Marco Mile celebration! All participants will enjoy Electric Dough pizza, plus one complimentary beverage courtesy of Ruby Beach Brewing (including a specially brewed race day beer), Sea Glass Wine Company, and Carbliss seltzers. Non-alcoholic options will also be available, so everyone can join the post-race party.
Swag & Awards
RACE T-SHIRTS:
Register early to receive a free race T-shirt! Available only for the first 100 registrants in the mile division. Sizes are available while supplies last.
KIDS 1/2 MILE:
Top 3 male and female finishers receive an awards medal.
All participants receive a medal.
MILE RACE:
Top 3 overall male and female finishers and the 1st place Masters (40+) and Grand Masters (50+) male and female finishers will receive an award and gift card.
Age group awards will be given to the top male and female finisher in each age group (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+).
Age group awards are available only to participants registered in the Advanced division. Any runner in the Advanced division who records a finishing time under 6:00 may, at the discretion of the Race Director, have their result reassigned to the Elite results for award purposes.
