The ZENRUN is a 5K run as well as a virtual race that will take place on November 17th, 2018 at the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park in Miami. Physically, that is. Participants can run on site, or participate from wherever they are worldwide, whether it's running around their neighborhood, through a forest, or on a treadmill as a virtual runner.
Meanwhile, participants who choose to do so listen to a guided meditation technique that serves as a tool to help runners improve their posture, focus their minds, and optimize breath work for improved performance with the ZENRUN APP. Or simply follow the course signs, which were designed to keep your mind focused on pleasant thoughts. What sets ZENRUN apart from other races is the intent. ZENRUN participants run contemplating joy, because keeping your mind pleasant you are better at everything you choose to be and do.
