Description
St Francis Reflections presents the D.A.S.H In Life 5K on Saturday, November 08, 2025 at 7:30 AM!
Join us in honoring Veterans with Devotion Admiration Service and Honor at the DASH in Life 5K benefiting the "We Honor Veterans" Program at St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care. Together, we will ensure they feel the gratitude of our nation for their service.
The unique nature of those who serve in the military is paramount to St. Francis Reflections as we help each Veteran live out their own journey on the Sunset Road the best they can. This DASH honors those whose DASH has overlapped ours. You and your team can run in honor or memory of a Veteran. You can walk, run, march, skip and you can even spirit run the event.
This event is open to all ages and we will be held at the beautiful Brevard Veterans Memorial Center on Merritt Island. Service animals are the only pets permitted. Strollers are welcome and we ask that they line up behind the runners.
Stay after the race to help celebrate the Veterans in attendance with a special pinning ceremony. Veterans- please indicate status on registration to be included in pinning.

About St. Francis
St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care began as a group of nurses who volunteered their time and talents caring for their neighbors who were at end of life in Titusville in 1977. Today our organization’s scope of services include hospice care, non-hospice palliative care program for individuals coping with serious illness, and a robust grief support program including extensive program offerings for both adults and children. We have specialized programming in support of our large population of Veterans. As a Level V partner in the We Honor Veterans is a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care provides our employees and volunteers with continuous education on identifying and planning specialized care for the needs of our nation’s heroes. We work with many Veterans’ organizations in our community who provide assistance and support in acquiring potential benefits and a variety of other resources that may be available to the individual and his/her family. If there is an issue, we do our very best to obtain a resource that can create a solution. Learn more at: https://reflectionslsc.org/services/for-veterans/
