The Alpha Challenge

LB Cross Training Events presents The Alpha Challenge 4 Hurricane Relief is a high-energy fitness challenge that will test your strength, balance and endurance. Along, with functional obstacles that will show you how to use your mental toughness.                                                    
 
Another option will be a walk/run around a beautiful lake!                  

All proceeds will be donated to South West  Florida charities to support recovery from Hurricane Ian!
