No Longer Fatherless 5k

Join us to empower our next generation of youth with the No Longer Fatherless Foundation.

No Longer Fatherless exists to recruit, train, and match mentors with young men (6-19YO) growing up without a father figure in Volusia & Flagler Counties. Through 1 to 1 weekly relational mentoring, group mentoring, and life skill classes, No Longer Fatherless will improve social & emotional behaviors, performance at school, leadership, decision making, career development, community involvement, and more! The goal is to help our youth become men of high character, committed fathers, and leaders within our community & country

Race Date - January 10th 2026 at 830 am

Race Location - Riverside Park - 299 S. Riverside Drive, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168

Packet pickup is Race morning between 7:30am and 8:15am. 

All 5j participants in 5k will get a Race Shirt, Race Finishing Medal, Swag Bag for Early Sign Ups

The race will professionally chip timed by Florida Race Day with 5k awards based on age and gender

Besides the 5k Event that includes a race shirt and medal we have these 2 awesome FREE events

12 and Under Rocket Race: No shirt, no medal (do not have to be signed up for the 5k to compete). Description - Stick around after the 5K to watch our younger runners race like rockets for a 100m dash at Riverside Park. This is a FREE event and winners will receive an awesome prize and bragging rights for recess on Monday!

The Big Lap Challenge: No shirt, no medal (do not have to sign up for 5k to compete). Description - Kids ages 13 to 16 are eligible for this FREE EVENT following the 5K. Cheer on our younger teens as they show off their speed in a full lap (about 1/2 mile) around Riverside Park. Prizes included!
