Race with us through the decades!
****In person 5K Start Time 6 AM****
Florida Physical Therapy Association is celebrating their 75th birthday!
Walk or run with us through the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's as we celebrate how far the physical therapy profession has come.
Participation supports the FPT PAC and advocacy efforts to continue to forward the physical therapy profession.
Feel free to dress up from your favorite decade to help us celebrate!
Three Easy steps: 1. Register 2. Run 3. Results
Instructions for participation:
Register for the race: enter racer information, pay the entry fee - along with selecting your t-shirt size (if desired) & sign the waver.
Run your IN PERSON 5K:
Race Start 6 AM
*Race start time closes at 6:45 - you will not be permitted to start after this time. Race support ends at 7:45 AM.*
- a. Start at the Start Line.
- b. Run 2 laps.
- c. Track your time on your phone, watch, or the race clock.
- c. Finish at the Finish Line.
- d. Enter your results.
Run your VIRTUAL 5k:
- a. Arrange a time and place to run with friends or run by yourself.
- b. Track distance and time on your phone or watch.
- c. Return to the website to enter your results.
- d. Enter your results.
Instructions for entering your race results:
Return to the race webpage.
Click the results tab in the upper right corner. Look for the line at the top of the page that says: “Post virtual race results here! This race has virtual events. If you completed a virtual event, submit your results here.
Click the submit virtual results button on the top right of the page. You will be redirected to a new search page.
Search/Look up your registration by entering your name or your email address.
Under the event column: click submit virtual results column.
Enter Results: Enter your time manually in hours, minutes, and seconds.
Click Submit your time. You will be redirected to a page stating: Your activity has been saved. Your results have been posted.
Click back to results. You can print your race certificate using the “Print” button in the top right corner.
In the top right corner you can click “Back to Results X” to navigate back to see how your time compares.

Parking:
Parking on site at Caribe Royal Orlando:
- Self-parking: $34.00 (plus tax, per night, per vehicle)
- Non-registered Hotel Day guest: $37.00 (plus tax, per vehicle)
- Valet: $45.00 (plus tax, per night, per vehicle)
- Parking fee rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Race Support:
- The race course is 2 laps around the running trail. Water will be supplied about the 1.5 mile mark near the Start/Finish line.
