RUN FIRST, WINE LATER...

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Happy Hour 5K Run and Walk presented by the SoNapa Grille. The event starts and finishes in front of the SoNapa Grille in the Trails Shopping Center in Ormond Beach. The course takes participants on a 3.1 mile loop through the beautiful Trails neighborhood along Oak lined roads and finishes with an after party at the Grille.

Race Date: Saturday, October 14, 2023 - 3pm Race Start

Event Details: Early Packet Pickup at The Running Elements storefront in One Daytona: Friday, Oct 13th from 11am-6pm each day. *Park in the parking garage located behind the store.

Saturday, Oct 14th
1:30pm - Packet Pickup and Vendor Area open to guests
2:45pm - Pre-Race Announcements
3:00pm - RACE START
3:00-5:00pm - Happy Hour Finisher Party with sponsors, vendors, live music and beverages

About Us: SoNapa Grille was born out of a common bond, the passion for wine. When the founding partners, Adam Barringer and Chris Botting, began discussing the concept of a wine venture, and the idea of the business with family and friends, SoNapa Grille was born. Such is the bond shared by wine lovers – a bond that transcends all barriers and brings people together.

SoNapa Grille quickly grew from a wine club among friends to a wine bar and currently to multiple full service restaurants where friends can gather, celebrate life's big moments, or unwind after a long week. All while enjoying a glass of wine paired with chef inspired cuisine in a relaxed, friendly environment. Our passion for wine has grown into an amazing business. We now operate in three beautiful cities along the east coast of Florida, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach and Jacksonville Beach.

2023 Event Participation is Open to the First 300 Registrations!!

Online Registration will close on Friday, Oct 13th at Midnight.

In-Person Registration will be available on Saturday at SoNapa Grille near the start line from 1:30-2:45pm, before the race. Registration on Saturday is $40.

5K Participants use their Custom Race Bib as their post-race Party Pass!!

This includes 2 beverage samples, happy hour food offerings and live music.

Want to join the party as a spectator? You Can!! $20 Spectator Party Pass includes access into the post-race festivities.

Founded by the owners of SoNapa Grille, this nonprofit foundation was built to support hospitality industry members. Designed to aid applicants needing funds or supplement income during unexpected crises such as; health-related leave of absence, personal family-related tragedy, storm damage relief, vehicle repairs, and much more. We also support professional growth through hospitality scholarships. It is our belief that together we can graft healthy vines that will reach all across the communities in which we serve starting from the roots up.

Start / Finish Location and Race Day Parking

The start and finish of the race will be located in front of the SoNapa Grille. Runners should park in the Trails Shopping Center. Please park in designated parking spots only.
